"I've always struggled to motivate myself to excerise and get my body in shape.  Craig has changed all that - very quickly!  He is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, makes the sessions fun and different and is basically extremely good at what he does.  Finally I have found a way to see my body quickly changing in the way I always wanted it too - loosing fat and toning up.  I couldnt recommend Craig enough, if you are reading this, get in contact with him and try a session - you wont be disappointed!

 

 

''I'm not the fittest person in the world (very far from) but Craig took me under his wings and helped me with my training to climb the world tallest free standing mountain - Mount Kilimanjaro.  When I started with Craig I could hardly run 50m without having to stop to breathe but within a few weeks my staminma was getting better and better.  Craig tailored our sessions around endurance and climbing.  During the actual climb I would use the breathing techniques Craig taught me (I have asthma which means cold and altitude don't mix!) and I was the only person in our group - which included two ex-marines - not to struggle with climbing the mountain.  I owe all this to Craig and really appreciate his efforts and help.  Craig must have thought we really did have a 'mountain to climb' during our first session when he watched an overweight, asthmatic lump of lard attempting to run 50m down the road!  Thanks Craig :)"  Paul Betteridge

 

“I had turned into a bit of a couch potato with no motivation to do any form of exercise and thought it was about time I did something about it. A friend recommended getting a personal trainer and knew someone who could come to my home which was ideal, that’s where Craig came in.
