When I receive your detailed diet diary, I can breakdown and assess how many calories through carbohydrates, proteins and fats you have been consuming. Then an activity dairy is required for me to assess how many calories you are currently burning in your normal day life.

From this I will give you a balanced plan with changes that will come into affect gradually. My aim is to change your diet permanently not just for a small period of time, as yo-yo dieting has been proven not to work in the long term.

Also a diet plan can be designed to help gain weight, or muscle mass, and also a diet designed especially as an improvement to a sport you are passionate about
